You must be of legal adult age in your country to commission art from me.

I will only charge people in the immediate queue, and I will start your commission soon. You will not be charged if you are in the waitlist.

I may accept some rush order commissions, but I will charge extra for it.

Please provide any visual references if needed. Occasionally you can give additional references for the pose and etc.

If this is an OC (Original Character) I will need visual references of the character.

I may decline a commission for any particular reason.

Payments MUST be paid in full or in milestones (50% min) before I will even sketch.

Payments are in USD $ (but will convert to your currency via Vgen)

Payment is through Vgen's Options, so be sure to make an account.

Payments will not be taken unless you are next in the Queue.

Please let me know if you cannot pay at the time asked, so I can adjust the wait list's Queue.

Once a commission is completed and paid for, I generally don't accept refunds, as the time has already been spent on my end.

If you need to cancel the commission prior to any work which has been started, you can receive a full refund.

If the commission is in progress and you cancel, the amount refunded will be less due to the work and time already spent.

I will work with you and do my best to complete your commission to the best of my ability, so please be sure to communicate with me during the process. You should always look at my previous works for examples of what I can and cannot do, and to contact me prior to the commission before even considering payment.

Should any issue occur on my end and I am unable to complete your commission or illustration, I will refund you 100% of the payment.

This is a digital service / product.

If you have a deadline, we can work out a time and price for anything that is required to be done within a limited time frame.

I have a 2-8 week turnover on standard commissions from the start to and end (not counting if there's a wait-list). In some cases I may finish something within a day or so, and in some cases I may complete things later than expected.

Complex illustrations, animations, sprites and so on will take significantly longer.

Rush deliveries or commissions with a short deadline, I may accept at times, though there may be a increase in price depending on the urgency.

If anything out of my control happens, such as unforeseen circumstances in my personal life, I will notify you and let you know of any delay.

I also will be keeping a progress report so you'll always been in the loop whenever I make any major changes or complete any milestones on the commission.

I retain all copyrights over the commissioned work unless stated otherwise.

Please credit me if you are using my art, such as using it as a profile picture on social media, banners, stream assets or emotes. If you're reposting my art, please be sure to credit me / tag me in the art in the title or reply.

I also reserve the right to post and use my commissioned work to social media, paid sites, advertising and my portfolio. If you wish to have it private, then please discuss it with me beforehand.

You may not claim my art as your own, do not copy, trace or reselling it.

Do not use my art for AI Training or NFTs.

Do not remove my signature or watermark from my art.

Do not alter the artwork without permission. Rotating and cropping is okay.

You cannot use my art for commercial use, unless we have agreed to doing so beforehand.

You may print the art for only Personal Use, and you cannot sell or make any monetary gains from the work itself. You can make prints for fun or give them out as gifts to your friends.

The reselling of any characters designs, illustrations, reference sheets, etc is not allowed.

Limited Commercial Use: Streaming / Monetization / Social media platforms which are tied to your personal brand or any promotional media. Anything that isn't considered a product but adds to your branding / promotes your content / company.

Full Commercial Use: Selling products / merchandise at scale. This also includes assets for video games / entertainment media.

Commercial pricing varies depending on the size of the company/creator. Smaller creators pay less and larger creators or companies must pay at standard commercial rates.
